• Our licensed European specialists at the Medix7 Clinic provide care and treatment to patients across the EU.
• In Sweden: Only specialist doctors with a Swedish medical license at Medix7 may act as treating physicians for Swedish patients – even if the doctor is located outside Sweden.

Outside the EU

• Our platform enables doctors to communicate with patients and other physicians.
• Our service is used for online doctor consultations, medical advice, treatment, and second opinions from experienced specialists.
• If a doctor holds a valid license in a specific country, he or she may also act as a treating physician there.
• In the United States: Only doctors with a U.S. medical license may provide second opinion services to patients and colleagues, in accordance with U.S. law.

Our specialists speak Swedish, English, Arabic, and several other languages.

Security and patient data

• All communication takes place through a secure and encrypted platform, in accordance with European patient safety regulations.
• Patient data from non-EU countries is not stored in our systems and is only used for the current consultation.
